The correct answer to this question is C, Mail Merge. In the multiple documents created at once, they will have the same graphics, text, and formatting. However, certain sections of the document can be different by them being personalized. Along with letters, mail merge can also include labels, emails, and envelopes.

Three documents are included in the process of mail merge, which are the the primary document, data source , and the document that is being merged. Preparing the data is the most important part of mail merging, because the data source is used to identify the list of recipients. Mail merge is a feature of Microsoft programs including Word and Excel.

The correct answer on this question is C. if you need to copy a word or paragraphs, it is easiest to do the drag and drop operation. Use the mouse of your computer, hold the mouse left click to the words you are wanting to copy. Drag the cursor until you have highlighted all the necessary words, images or paragraphs you want to copy from.

Open a blank document or page to which you are planning to paste what you copied. You will notice that while you are transferring the texts, the texts you highlighted are floating with the mouse cursor. Release the left click and the texts you are copying are now transferred to a new document.

To insert code brackets manually into Word, you need to press the CONTROL and F9 keys at the same time. This is the first thing you do before typing the code itself into the field you’re manually inserting the code into (if that makes sense). However, you have to make sure that you’re in the right field. If you’re not in the right field before you type your code, you could end up messing something up so badly you can’t fix it.

The code brackets are important to any code you’ll be typing, though. This is because it sets the code off from other codes in the document. Without brackets, the code you’re manually inserting would be read as gibberish or part of another code.

When you are working on a document in Microsoft Word, there may be a time where you have typed on multiple pages. You want to see all of the pages at once. To do this, you will need to push “page preview.” When you are in this mode, you will be able to see each page because you will have access to each page in your document. Usually, when you need to see each page, it is because you may want to make sure that the margins are aligned correctly. You may also use this function in order to make sure that extra information is not halfway on one page and the rest on the other. In that case, you will need to get out of page preview and fix your page breaks.

Doc and Docx are two basic file format or extension supported by Microsoft word. One of the significant differences between the two file extension is that Doc is the only format for files typed on Microsoft word 2003 or older versions of the software, but in 2007 we have Docx which is also a file format for Microsoft Word.

However, the problem with Docx files is that Microsoft word 2003 and the older versions cannot open or access it unless you update your Microsoft word to 2007 or other newer versions of Microsoft Word. In other words, Docx can be used on more unique versions of Microsoft Word, while Doc cannot be used on newer versions of Microsoft word unless compatibility package is used with Microsoft word 2003.

Another difference is that Doc uses the binary file to store documents, while Docx works like a zip file and contain XML files that are attached to the document.

In this hectic world of producing any type of writing using our computer, we just want to get it done. When writing a paper whether it is an essay, an article, a letter, or any form of writing using your computer, it is a good idea to make use of the “Print Preview” before actually printing. There are a couple of reasons that this is a good idea.

Catching those typing errors that are not always underlined in the software, we are able to catch it in the “Print Preview.” Also, in “Print Preview” we are able to catch a single line of a paragraph at the bottom of the page and correct that format issue. No one wants to waste time or paper in this busy, hectic life of ours.
