These two are types of bread that are well-liked by a lot of people. Of course, some people will have a preference for one type of bread over the other. Naan is a bread that is made out of white flour and this is usually baked in a stone oven. Before it is served, it will be brushed with butter or ghee depending on which one people would prefer.

Paratha is also known to be a type of flatbread but instead of white flour, whole wheat flour is used for this. This would become cooked by frying it in an Indian frying pan called the tava. There are differences with the ingredients that are used and the way that these flatbreads are prepared.

Morocco is a very underrated country. Many people don’t think of Morocco when they want to plan a vacation. They also don’t think of their cuisine as being great. However, it is. It is very diverse which may be why it is so underrated. Morocco is a city that has a strong history. Their food is a mixture of Mediterranean and European.


There are many spices in their food like saffron. They often serve beef and lamp in their dishes. They are known for their couscous. They include olives and potatoes in their dishes as well. One important thing that Moroccans include as part of a meal is bread. This bread is called khobz. They would drink a type of green tea as well.

Snap peas may also be called sugar snap peas. This is known to be a cross between snow peas and garden peas. The whole pod can be eaten, and the texture is very crunchy. The flavor is also sweet. They can be eaten raw, but there are also some who would love to cook them before eating. The snow pea is also known as the Chinese pea pod. This is often used by the Chinese when they make stir-fried vegetables.


You can tell that the snow peas are different from snap peas based on their appearance. The snow pea is usually flat and will come with tiny snow peas on the inside. Take note that this has strings on the side that should be removed before eating.

But it’s better to be concerned then to neglect it because this might be due to the excess gastric production in the stomach, and which if not taken care of can lead to ulceration or even internal bleeding. Though, this gastric juice is essential for the stomach as the acid helps to kill the microorganisms that are being in-taken with food and also to liquefy the food for easier digestion, but should also be controlled to avoid too much acidity in the stomach. The two common medications that the physicians recommend to control this are Nexium and AcipHex. They seem to perform the same functions, but they have their differences. Nexium happens to be the brand name of Esomeprazole, while Aciphex is the brand name for Rabeprazole. Nexium is recommended to provide relief for high acidic production and gastric upsets, and it works slower and longer. On the other hand, Aciphex is prescribed to prevent ulceration and relief gastric upsets, and it works faster and for the short term.

The foods containing high level of gluten are soups, malts, and its flavors, cheesed that are processed (such as Velveeta), French fries, malts vinegar, teriyaki sauces and soy sauce, tabbouleh, egg substitute, marinades, gravy, breaded foods, chocolate milk that are commercially prepared, root beer, ice cream, seitan, syrups, teas blue cheeses and flavored coffees, vodka, roasted nuts, veggie burgers, cold cuts, commercial broths and bullion, ketchup, mayonnaise, salad dressings, imitation crab meat, non-dairy creamer, sausage, fried vegetables or tempura, cereals, baked beans in can, hot dogs, pudding and fruit fillings, trail mix, energy bars, instant hot drinks, wheatgrass, wine coolers, meatloaf and meatballs, beer, and oats. Some of these food items can be prepared to be gluten-free.

But if they are, it will be indicated on the label that it is gluten-free or you see (GF). Many of these aforementioned foods are usually having some grains and starches that are containing gluten among their ingredients.

The foods with the least gluten content are discussed as follow. The first ones to be mentioned are the non-gluten grains, which include buckwheat, millet, sorghum, amaranth, quinoa, teff, white rice, wild rice, and brown rice. The next set of foods are legumes, such as peas, beans, and lentils. The parsnips and carrots are also included. The whole sweet fruits such as mangoes, berries, pineapple, prunes, apricots, papayas, and others also lie in the list.

These sweet fruits should be taken with caution as too much of them might not be helpful to the body, but the berries seem to be the best. Other foods that are low in gluten are the cow's cream and milk. These are occasionally used in teas, coffee, and recipes. Some other foods that are low on gluten are yogurt, cottage cheese, and kefir, which are used as toppings on recipes — sweeteners, such as chocolate and natural stevia and wine.

Food is necessary for a living; water is also necessary for living. None seem to be more superior to the other. As a matter of fact, water is classified as a part of the classes of food nutrient. Also, water is of a large and important constituent in foods, either raw or cooked. So, it is not really acceptable or palatable to separate food and water as necessities for living. Though, water seems to be of a higher constituent in the body than other nutrients of the food. And it is discovered living longer without food than without water.

It can take any human barely a week to live without water, but one can still live up to or even more than four weeks without food. But that does not really mean that one is necessary, while the other is not. No! They are both necessary for living. To live long, take healthy food in the right proportion, and drink a lot of water.

There are many types of flour, about fifty of them. Let us take a look at some of the frequently used ones in this article. The one considered to be the most popular is the all-purpose flour. This is made from the combination of hard and soft wheat. Bread flour is made from purely hard wheat. We have the cake flour, which is gotten from soft ground wheat. Pastry flour is finer than the all-purpose flour because it is also made from soft wheat. Whole wheat flour is gotten by grinding just the red wheat kernels.

Another flour gotten from the hard white wheat is the white whole wheat flour. Oats flour is gotten from ground oats. This flour is gluten-free and recommended for those on a gluten-free diet. Lastly on the list is semolina, which is gotten from grinding the durum wheat endosperm.
