Celebrating the Outcomes of Performance Management

The purpose of this session is to ensure that senior management teams and line managers understand why it is important to demonstrate their commitment to PMD by providing:


• regular high-profile feedback to employees of the effectiveness of employee development in terms of its contribution towards achieving the organisation's business plans and objectives
• opportunities for all employees in the organisation to be recognised for, and to 'celebrate' the effectiveness of, their individual and team contributions
• evidence to all employees that PMD is an ongoing process which will receive ongoing management support.

Interim Performance Review Discussions

The purpose of this session is to help participants to
practise the skills of conducting an interi m Performance
Review discussion that achieves remotivation of a
disillusioned employee.

Using the Experience & Confidence of Longer Serving Employees

The purpose of this session is to help participants to
practise the skills of conducting a Performance Review
discussion that motivates longer-serving employees by
using those employees' experience and confidence
