  • To give an understanding of the pitfalls for interviewees that are badly prepared
  • Increase the interviewee’s confidence and self esteem
  • Reduce the stress associated with selection interviewing
  • Have a greater understanding of employment law and recruitment rules and regulations

 
After the completion of this course you will be confident with:

 

  • interview planning
  • how to structure your responses to questions
  • building rapport and creating great first impressions
  • how to be in control when dealing with tough interviewers
  • simple body language analysis and how to maximise your verbal image
  • how to impress the interviewer with your responses
  • understanding and overcoming an interviewer’s ‘first impressions’ and personal prejudices
  • active listening exercises

 


You are allowed to complete the course within 30 days of booking. During this time you can take as many attempts as you like. Please note, after 30 days your booking will expire and you will have to repurchase the training course.
