Rolling and Breathing- A proper front kicking glide, rolling body over into a proper back kicking glide for a breath and then
Front Crawl – Pulling water backwards with alternating arms, maintaining a proper front prone position, flutter kicking and rolling to breathe with-out sinking.
Back Kicking - Kicking on the back with straight legs, chest and hips at the surface, and knees and toes underwater water.
Kicking Glide to Wall- A hands forward, head down, floating glide with a straight leg flutter kick at the surface of the water
Duck Dive – Start from a proper prone glide, push bottom up, head down and then kick feet up in the air while swimming to the bottom of the pool 10 times
Vertical Swim to Surface – Swim / float to surface from a 3 foot depth and take a pop up breath.
Pop-up Breathing – A vertical pencil float to a pop-up breath with head back repeated 3 times
