Eragon Trivia

People told stories of frightening beasts in the Spine, therefore, most everyone was afraid of it. Everyone, except Eragon, of course. =)

In the beginning of "Brisingr", Murtagh convinced Eragon that they were brothers, both born from Morzan and Selena, but nearer to the end, Oromis and Glaedr told Eragon that his real father was Brom.

They were a part of it, but in the end, it was just to spy on them. They ended up betraying all of the Varden.

They're cousins.

Nasuada is Ajihad's daughter and is now leader of the Varden.

Oromis and Glaedr mentioned this once before in "Brisingr".

Farica is Nasuada's handmaid; Angela is the herbalist who used to live next door to Joed; and Greta was Elva's caretaker.

Carn was a spellcaster who was placed in Roran's company of Varden soldiers. He wasn't particularly powerful, but he compensated this through his ability to make clever incantations and easily sneak into others' minds.

Her father's name is actually Sloan.

He doesn't turn into an elf, but at the Blood-oath Celebration, the dragons gave Eragon qualities of an elf.

Eragon expresses love for Arya, but Arya doesn't show it back. She is, or was, in love with Faolin.

Orrin's the king of Surda, the rebel country south of Uru'baen.

He was engaged to Hvedra when he met Eragon. He mentioned it once while he was drunk.

They're just brothers.

In "Eragon", Eragon killed Durza, and in "Brisingr", Arya killed the other shade that was created by Galbatorix's magicians. Eragon mentioned, after she killed him, that she would be known as Arya Shadeslayer to him.

Gannel is a male, but otherwise, it's all true. =)

He was the forty-second.

Elaine has been pregnant since the seond book, and we find out that Katrina is pregnant because Roran wants Eragon to marry them before people start talking about them.
