Manually Enter Tests Taken Previously

I need to be able to manually enter tests that my employees already took before I implemented this program. I would suggest having a feature where we can manually enter scores, dates, etc as an administrator.

You can manually grade essay answers of your employees: http://support.proprofs.com/kb/questions/38/How+to+grade+essay+questions%3F
As for integrating reports of tests that your employees took before you used ProProfs, then there is a work around - you can download the current ProProfs quiz report as Excel and manually add the earlier test details to this report.
