Our company is built on the premise that we build “Delightfully Smart Tools,” and we aim to create software that “makes people happy.” We use our own support tools like ProProfs Help Desk, ProProfs Chat, and ProProfs Knowledge Base to provide this support, but we also realize that delight begins on the inside and spreads outwards. So the way to achieve our promises is to build a delightful workplace in which each employee finds joy and satisfaction in their work.
