Answers are auto-capitalized during rendering.

The first word of each answer will be capitalized when the quiz is displayed, even if it is not capitalized in the "source" quiz. This causes an issue when the capitalization of the answer is important, such as for quizzes about computer programming languages.

Thanks for your query. This is because the quizzes created under the Free plan are added to the public library after a certain period of time. Therefore, we have to maintain the default letter capitalization.
In order to create private quizzes, you need to upgrade your plan or signup for a free trial. Your letter capitalization will be retained for your private quizzes.

This can also be solved by formatting the answers as "code" via the +Style button, which I hadn't noticed...
