Unstable site

The site is too unstable.  I had my students take a quiz today.  They got kicked out of the quiz multiple times and had to start over.  In the end, a small percentage of my students were able to get through the entire quiz.  They were extremely frustrated and already hate the site.  This is too bad as I wanted to incorporate your site into many of my lessons.

Provide a newsletter with coming updates and maintenance times

It is recommendable that you work constantly on the software, but I never know beforehand what will have changed when I log in. Or if there are changes that effect how my courses look or how I administrate them. So, could you provide a newsletter that tells us about major changes and maintenance times at least a few days before they happen? Thanks, Jens

Redo testing to 100% completion

I just executed a test for 300 global employees. They had to achieve 100%. Currently, if/when they miss a question they have to retake the entire exam to rectify the few they might have missed. Of course there are clicking errors, so this became quite frustrating for many. Would be great if as an administrator you had a choice to check "retest missed questions only". Brenda

Show Actual Scores on Score Reports

Please allow an option to show Actual Scores on Score Reports instead of Score Percentage (%). I am a high school English teacher and this is so important to me. Right now I have to click on every report individually to find the actual score.

Tracking large amount of test takers

The problem: 100s of people taking a test multiple times to achieve 100% completion. Every day I have to scroll through increasingly long list of participants and manually collate that with my Excel spreadsheet to see who has completed the test and who still needs to. Would Like: a mechanism to 'file', 'grey out' those that I've already reconciled against the new entries to save me time. Ideal Wish: that the data could somehow be collapsed for multiple attempts into one entry, perhaps displaying the highest achieved score. If I care to expand an look at all attempts I could. Brenda

Make it possible to vary in feedback/explanation

For us at university it would be great to give the user a more personalized feedback for every question by: - using images within the feedback for every question - and change the word "Explanation" into "Feedback" or something like that, so that you have a window saying: A. nummer 1 (Correct Answer) B. nummer 2 (Your Answer) Explanation (here instead: Feedback) Unfortunately that was not the right answer. We would like to explain you why: When you look at this image you can see...... Anyway: Pretty nice tool and very intuitve - thanks and best regards from Germany :)

Text formatting in Quiz School Widget

This suggestion came via email from Annie. Hello - I am making Hebrew quizzes on Proprofs, and have encountered a small glitch - I'm wondering if you can explain it or help me fix it.When making a quiz, I have to copy/paste specific Hebrew characters, in correct size and font, from my blog page into the Quiz form. The characters will copy/paste in the same format as they are on the blog page, and I cannot adjust the size and font on proprofs quizzes. (I would love it if you had more text formatting available in each question box when making the quiz, but that is not what this is about.) My issue is this: the Hebrew characters look distinctly different whether printed in something like an 'arial' font than when printed in a 'times new roman' font. I don't know why these fonts affect the appearance, but they do. The 'arial' look is much harder to read than the 'times' font - and it is the 'times' font which I am teaching in. I thought that I figured out how to make the quizzes appear in the 'times' font - however, there appears to be a glitch. If the quiz is taken on proprof's site (IE: under the 'full screen' mode) the font that is seen is the 'times' font. If the quiz is taken on my blog site (where I have it embedded) the font that is seen is the 'arial' font. This is the crux of my query. I am at a loss to understand why the font appears different on two different sites (even though the coding should be identical). Thanks in advance for your help! Annie
