NARRATOR:
Salt is one of the main ingredient of almost all of our dishes. Sometimes, we can't even taste the food without it. Here are some recommended salt intakes as not to take too much. I have here the measurement or the recommended daily salt intake so I want you to be all ears here. For 1 to 3 years old, 2g of salt a day, ages 4 to 6 may have 3g a day, 7to 10 years of age at 5g a day while 11 years and above are advised to have 6g a day. Often we consume more, leading to almost every maladies like stomach cancer, kidney disease, osteoporosis, heart disease and high blood pressure. The culprits are often found on processed foods. They are both high in sugar and salt. So, that would be including frozen foods, can goods, pasta and the like. That is why we are always advised to prepare our own foods at home so we can control the salt that we take.

: Political science in ancient Greeks expresses democracy too however, their rule is direct. If you had been watching movies set during the ancient Greeks, citizens would gather together, discuss issues and make decisions together. Now, if we will compare it to our version of democracy, we have the so called representative to speak for us because it is so impossible and impractical for all the citizens to be summoning in a meeting. So, we elect our representative and we hope that he will be serving as our voice. But then, how can we distinguish such as a democratic country? There are three characteristics, one is popular sovereignty, second is political equality, and third is political liberty. Without one of these three fundamentals a country will not be democratic. Sovereignty is the process and the carrying out of decision according to majority. Political equality means that one person has only one vote, no more, no less. Political liberty is those stated on our Bill of Rights.
Question:
What is the difference between the democracy in ancient Greeks to today's democracy?
They are free to express their thoughts
It calls for gathering
It is consisted of three characteristics
Freedom to vote and to choose

: We all love the forest don't we? There are different types of forest actually one is the boreal forest. How can we identify this? That is if they are located in the far north or on high elevations we call them boreal. Now, we have the broadleaf forest too. It is the opposite of the previous forest because this is located on lower elevations and on warmer regions. Examples of tress in this forest are the oak, hickory and maple trees. But then, evergreen forests not only grow on high or cold regions. If you can remember, trees and plants among others are very adaptable to any situations or environment. And even though they are situated on temperate regions, they can eventually form a forest or rather the rain forest just like near the Pacific Ocean where in it is providing rainfall to nearby environment. By the way, not all forest contain green trees, there are also deciduous trees.
