It’s going to be awesome, I can’t wait! CCP should keep pouring as much resources as they can into it.

I think it will be good, but CCP really should commit to excellence in each expansion before adding new things to the game.

2. What was your favourite EVE Online expansion?

I can’t choose just one, they’re all fantastic! CCP does a great job every time.

Apocrypha. It had a great balance of implementing new content, plus polishing up old ones.

Don’t get me started on this. CCP just cares about making new useless features (e.g. PI) that no one cares about. Every new patch/expansion is released half-finished and full of bugs. Commit to excellence CCP!

3. What do you think about DUST 514?

It’s going to be so revolutionary! No one has ever done this before in the gaming industry. CCP is way ahead of their time, I can’t wait to play it along with EVE.

I think it’s a very good idea to integrate an MMO with an FPS, and I’ll likely give it a try. Although, I’m somewhat concerned that CCP are investing so much of their time into this rather than EVE.

I pay CCP money for them to make MY game better. EVE Online, not some stupid FPS. Seriously, It’s likely to fail. They can’t compete with the already huge FPS market out there. What a waste of time and resources.

Look, I think this has all been blown out of proportion a bit. It really is a great game, even though it has issues. At this difficult time CCP really need the community behind them.

Yes, I’ve let them know my opinion very clearly and I bump that thread often. How dare they ask for us to vote for them as best game? I voted Age of Conan by the way.

5. Do you have thoughts about bio-massing your character?

What? No way! EVE is the love of my life. My character and I are one and the same. I might as well kill myself irl.

Not really, if I ever got sick of EVE I would probably just take a break. It’s not worth bio-massing. You might want to come back one day and you’d regret it.

Of course I think about it! I hover my mouse over the “terminate” button often. The only thing that stops me from doing it, is thinking about all the time and money I’ve poured into this game the last few years. What a waste.

6. What is the main problem with EVE Online at the moment?

There is no problem with EVE. The main problem are all the whiners out there

Lag

Where do I start? Lagfest fleet fights, half baked clickfest PI system, old bugs still exist on top of shiny new ones, so many badly broken game mechanics... I can go on and on. How much time do you have?

The main problem? Probably finding enough time to play the game.

7. What do you think about the CSM?

I think it’s fantastic! CCP is such a unique company in that they actually listen to the feedback their player base. The CSM representatives are doing an excellent job, and I have immense respect and trust in the whole CSM process.

I think having a counsel of player representatives is a great idea in MMO’s and the CSM do the best job they can, but CCP really need to work more closely with them and take their counsel seriously.

The whole CSM thing is a bit of a farce. It’s really just a well thought out scam by CCP to give us players a false sense of input in the game. And as for the actual CSM representatives, it’s basically just a free trip to Iceland.

8. What is the main reason you keep you playing this game?

I get to fly spaceships!!! It’s the best MMO ever!!!

I’ve tried other games, and there’s nothing else quite like EVE

I don’t know why I’m still playing this broken game. I’ve spent so much time and money here, I’m just hoping one day it will change.

I like to play EVE to chill out when I’ve got spare time after work and on the weekends. It also makes a great screensaver.

I CAN’ T FIND THE DAMN CANCELLATION BUTTON!!!
