ProProfs Suggestions

I love the features of ProProfs and am in the process of testing the elements available using a free account.  In order to make the case that my group should move from SurveyMonkey to ProProfs, we need to be able to set up a distribution list for surveys and have the ability to send reminder emails to those who have not completed it yet.  Is this a feature of a more advanced plan?  I have not been able to find anything detailing this feature for surveys. 

I would like to be able to search for users based on the ID field and not just by name & email address which seems to be the only thing that works.

Deleting Multiple users at one go from the list of approved users. Do we have this functionality supported by proprofs.

I think this is must support feature because at times you might import the list of wrong users into the system and would want to replace the list of users with the new list after deleting the old users.

if it is already supported, please let me know.

We really like the custom certificate feature. However many real life certificates center the copy on the certificate. Currently the fields you add to your custom certificate are left justified only. It would be great if those could be centered.

Currently skip questions functionality not available in the quizzes. Once we have negative marking applicable to a quiz then the users might want to skip certain questions in the quiz/test so as to avoid unnecessary deduction of marks.

I think this is a very useful feature that is highly required for test takers and is available in most of testing solutions across.

I would like to request the feature of creating sub-folders in the organize sub-folders section on the Quiz maker homepage.

Lot of times this is required when there are lot of quizzes falling into various categories. Most of the testing tools support this feature.

I have a request to allow the functionality of using Allow "Save - Resume Quiz" and "Review quiz before final submission" features to be used simultaneously.

Currently the tool support once one feature to be used at a time. It will make more sense to allow these both features to be used at the same time.

A user might want to save and resume quiz and also want the functionality to review his answers for correction at the end of the test.

Crocodoc would be a great option for you to include as part of the quiz and LMS portion. Your product is looking great, but the ability to upload and grade a doc,pdf, etc would be critical. Or at least allow students to upload a document, so that I can grade it and sent it back to them. Thanks. 

I think it would be beneficial if you could change the style of question without having to create a new question. For example if you started with a multiple choice question, but you decided you wanted it to be check box, you could change the format without selecting a new questions type
