Read Me First

Welcome to the CCAT Program!

It is great to have you with us and we believe you will enjoy and most importantly, be able to use the information and techniques to help you collect more receivables at any level.

Each module contains a chapter with written information, a video (generally about 17 to 20 minutes long) and a quiz. In order to pass the quiz and move to the next module and successfully complete the program, you must achieve a minimum of 90%. 

Each quiz consists of about 12 to 20 multiple choice questions. 

Books or other information that may assist you further may be recommended during the modules, but all the information you need to complete the quiz and obtain your certificate is in the written text and videos. 

Caution: 

There may be more than one 'good' answer in the quiz, but only one will have been taught in the material. 

It will help to bring along your sense of humor, 'cause as we have said, 'we're gonna' have some fun!'

Module 1 - Rules & Guidelines

It could be called collections 101, but it is much more. This section will be of value not only to anyone new to the business of receivables but also to the more seasoned collector. 

Included are the standards for the 'profession' which sets the tone for the following modules.
