By attending this session, participants will review the difference between leadership and management. Participants will learn about two different leadership styles: authentic leadership and servant leadership through mini case studies of a chair of an internal medicine department and a CEO at a non-profit healthcare organization. Participants will also have the opportunity to reflect on their own leadership styles and challenges during the webinar. 

Learning Objectives:
1. Participants will be able to describe the difference between a leader and a manager.
2. Participants will compare authentic and servant leadership.
​3. Participants will be able to identify aspects of authentic or servant leadership within their own leadership styles. To obtain CME credit, you must complete the evaluation form. This event is pending for 1.5 prescribed credits by AAFP. The credits are also ANCC recognized. Certificates will be sent via the email provided upon approval.
