This course is designed to help personal trainers enhance their clientʼs routines and increase retention rates by incorporating boxing and MMA drills. We will cover the principles of boxing, the basic punches, defense, kicks, knees and elbows, advanced combinations, strategy, MMA drills and compare boxing to the other combat sports. You have 30 days to access the material and complete the course.  You can download my book and access 7 hours of video lessons. A partner is needed to complete the drills.  You will need boxing gloves and focus mitts.  These can be found online or at most sporting goods stores.After completing this course, you can take my 50 question test.  A score of 70% is needed.  Bryan Guidry
