How many help sites can I create?

You can create multiple unlimited help sites in an account regardless of the plan you choose.

Who is an end user?

An end user can be anyone who needs help from your knowledgebase. He/she can read your knowledgbase from anywhere in the world without a username or password.

Can I create a branded site?

Absolutely, ProProfs is a fully customizable tool and you can modify the entire interface to match your branding. Changing color themes, adding your logo, editing the CSS, using your own HTML header and even your own domain name, is simple and easy.

Can I create a private knowledgebase?

Yes, you can create and manage usernames and passwords for every staff user by creating a private knowledge base. You can restrict public users from accessing your knowledge base and allow only authorized members to view the internal knowledge base.

How does the 30-day money back guarantee work?

If you cancel within 30 days of signing up, for any reason, you won't be charged a thing. We do not want your money unless you are truly happy with our product. If you choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again. We charge per full month; we don't prorate for pending months in the payment cycle in case of a refund.

Who is a staff user?

A staff user is a member of your team or organization vis-a-vis an editor, contributor or reviewer.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. For purchases over $1000, we can accept check payments for an additional processing fee of $50. Please contact [email protected] if you are interested in this.
