EACH COURSE STATES: UPON REGISTRATION OF ANY COURSE, PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
1) A WORKING EMAIL
2) THE CORRECT SPELLING OF YOUR NAME (If you have more than 2 names, place up to 2 names with a space in the "NAME" window and up to 2 names in the "LAST NAME" window)
3) Submit the name of the person who is to earn the CERTIFICATE, NOT THE NAME OF THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER
