*I understand that I am paying this fee in the case that I have misspelled my name or misspelled my email address in the registration. I can ask for help to correct this by paying this ADMINISTRATION FEE.
*Only misspellings of names can be fixed on a certificate. No Name Changes are allowed.
*I understand that this fee is also in the event that I Failed the course and am requesting another try at the same course title. *PLEASE BE SURE TO CONTACT US AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THE FEE AND NOTIFY US TO CREATE THE COUPON CODE.
*I know that I will need to call or email AIC for help after I have paid this fee.
*I understand that I need to call AIC (#936-333-0087) so that they can help me change my registration information.
*I understand that they cannot change my registration information if I have finished the course and produced a certificate.

****EACH COURSE STATES: UPON REGISTRATION OF ANY COURSE, PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
1) A WORKING EMAIL
2) THE CORRECT SPELLING OF YOUR NAME (If you have more than 2 names, place up to 2 names with a space in the "NAME" window and up to 2 names in the "LAST NAME" window)
3) Submit the name of the person who is to earn the CERTIFICATE, NOT THE NAME OF THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER
