The hardest part of making a quiz is thinking of the questions to ask. For the first time ever, ProProfs solves this problem by enabling instructors to quickly and easily create quizzes by chosing from over 3 million free sample questions and 300,000 quiz templates. Access to this large database of ready-made questions and quizzes is totally free. To get started, click on "Create A Quiz" and then, under "Create using an existing template", click "Search and Create". In the search box, type the keywords that describe the topic on which you need a quiz such as physics, chemistry, or business topics like sales and marketing. Let's say we are are looking to recruit a Cisco administrator and want to test knowledge on Cisco products. Type Cisco into the search box and then click "Find". A list of quiz templates will now appear. You can now browse through the various quiz templates to find the one that would work best for you. To get a better look at a quiz, single-click on it and a preview will appear on the right hand side. For our example we will select the "Cisco IP Multicasting" quiz by clicking "Use This Test" in the preview window. After you give the quiz a new name it will be placed in your "My Quizzes" interface. From here you can edit the quiz by doing things such as changing, adding or deleting questions. Using templates in this way can lead to huge time savings. In addition to quiz templates, question suggestions can also save you time and effort. If, when creating a quiz, you start to run out of questions, simply click "Suggest Me Questions". Enter appropriate keywords into the search box and click "Find". Browse the list of possible questions, check the box for any question that you want to add to your quiz, and then click "Add Questions". Your selected questions have now been added and you can modify or delete any question as needed. Please note that you can only add questions from one category at a time. If you want to add questions from multiple categories you will need to repeat the process for each category. ProProfs is the only quiz maker that provides question suggestions at your finger tips.
