This test aims to understand trends in leadership through scrutinizing the diverse possibilities of how an individual may exhibit his style of leadership throughout his work.

Using situational issues and questions based on the respective factors mentioned in the Contingency Theory, the test intend to assess how an employee may encourage and support their fellow workers in achieving the goals they have set  as a team, to contribute for the organization  to come together and work as a unit. The clearer the individuals make this path, the easier it is for them to see their own place in the broader picture.
