Dear Unitil Leader,

This is the second on-line testing of Management's knowledge of the Unitil Sexual Harassment policy.  The positive feedback we received from the first effort encouraged us to again use an online format to learn and review this important policy. While major improvements have been made over the last few decades, workplace harassment continues to be a source of concern for many employers across the nation. Unitil knows from its own experiences that without proper prevention, workplace sexual harassment can become a serious problem that causes loss of productivity, performance issues, and poor morale. Unitil has a long history of strategically preventing workplace harassment & through regular periodic training for all employees.
