What is the difference between Product Scope and Project Scope?

A. Nothing.  The terms are interchangeable.

B. Product Scope is performed to produce Project Scope.

C,. Product Scope addresses features or functions of the deliverable.  Project Scope addresses work that will be performed in order to produce project deliverables.

D. Product Scope is required by contract; Project Scope is not.
