Try to get the customer to accept the error, mcdonlads can`t afford to just keep replacing bugers.
Just stop the customer before they finish speaking and grab a manager.
Tell her shes taking too long and other customers need to order.
Be pantient, slow down and take the order, thank her and farewell her properly.
Try to close the sale by saying "ok, was that eat in or take away?"
Talk faster, it will automaticly speed up the customer.
