Please read following instructions carefully before taking the quiz:

Please fill in the required information accurately. There are 10 questions in every quiz, please answer all questions in 60 minutes given. Please use ONLY ONE email address. Students who use more than ONE email are considered failing the quiz. There are 8 quizzes for the 8 modules. 5% is allocated for each quiz and students will get 40% at the end of the course. Students need to score 70% and above to be considered passing the quizzes. Each students only will be given two (2) attempts to answer the quizzes. The highest score from both attempts will be counted.Students with more than 70% is considered pass and will be given 5 marks for each quizzes. However, if the students get less than 70%, students will still be given marks depends to the score.
