Diversity: Awareness to Action is intended to introduce individuals, management and companies to diversity in the workplace and strategies for planning and implementing the initiatives necessary to drive innovative perspectives, respond to the needs of their clients, and capitalize on the talents,
skills and experience of a diverse work force.
