Letters and e-mail 101

Writing to our customers to inform and persuade has always been an important aspect of effective collections. While designed for anyone who is new to accounts receivable, the seasoned individual will also pick up useful techniques. 

In addition to a few key articles and chapters of books, you will have the chance to view a presentation on effective writing for letters and e-mail.  

There is an on-line quiz at the end of the program to test your knowledge and help cement best practices.

Please bear in mind that you will need to adapt the suggestions to fit your market, business, culture and personality. One may be a bit more direct in Toronto, India or New York, but not so much in Malaysia or Brunei where a subtle approach will be more successful.
