Overview: This course is designed with the Sales consultant’s role in mind. Sales staff are expected to understand a customer’s business requirements and are then expected to work with the Pre-sales consultant to design presentation scenarios that clearly define and demonstrate how the software can be used to provide solutions to the client that will meet their business needs.

Effective positioning of products and ensuring that customer's expectations are met appropriately should be main objective of the Sales consultant.This course will prepare you so that you can confidently position and sell the iVend Retail Management Suite of applications. The course aims to ensure that you understand the interdependencies of the applications and how each application complements the others in the entire Point of Sale suite.

An iVend Retail Sales representative's responsibilities include, selling the products and services of the Point of Sale suite of solutions, using strong, knowledgeable arguments to prospective customers that clearly demonstrate a strong level of understanding for the solutions on offer. It is assumed that a Sales specialist will be able to demonstrate that they have a good grasp on the functionality and features of the iVend Retail POS software management suite.
