ADA compliance training course provides employees and management personnel with the basic skills necessary for avoiding disabilities discrimination when hiring employees. Throughout the training, employees will become familiar with how to identify and avoid discriminatory practices throughout the hiring life cycle.

Upon completion of the course, employees should be able to confidently:

Due to the importance of avoiding disabilities discrimination during the hiring process, Hiring and the ADA Manager Training is designed for employees and supervisors who are developing or honing their interviewing skills as well as those who are responsible for making company hiring decisions. The curriculum is drafted from the federal ADA overview, thus it is important that employees completing the ADA  compliance training course follow up with their respective state’s laws related to disabilities and hiring to ensure compliance.

Due to state and federal and state laws related to discrimination, it is highly recommended that any employee or member of management who is responsible for conducting an employment interview or making hiring decisions complete this course prior to engaging the process.
