FLSA training course provides management personnel with the basic skills necessary to understand the provisions of the federal Fair Labour Standards Act and its relationship to employment. Throughout the FLSA training, employees will become familiar with FLSA laws and practices related to minimum wage, overtime, exempt and non-exempt classifications, youth employment, and recordkeeping.
