What is a response?

A response is when someone takes your survey. Responses are safely collected and stored for your analysis.

Do I get notified when someone takes my survey?

Yes. You can set up your notification preferences in Settings.

When are the monthly responses reset?

We reset the response counter for you on the 1st of each month.

What are groups and classrooms?

Groups allow you to create teams in a business (sales, marketing, etc) or students in a class. There is a lot you can do with groups such as centrally assign surveys and assessments to members of the groups, pull up reports, send reminders, etc. Each member gets their own login credentials and a unique portal from where they can access content, receive messages, participate in discussions, etc. Such collaboration between users and groups is called a Classroom.

Can I capture information about survey takers?

Yes. You can capture all the information you want, including email, employee ID, or any custom field you create.

What are administrative accounts?

Administrative accounts allow you to have multiple administrators who can create and administer quizzes or surveys within a single enterprise account. All accounts are centrally managed and controlled by the enterprise.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Simply email [email protected] and we can bill you the prorated difference between old and new plan.

Are there per-user fees?

No. The price is all-inclusive.

Can I create private surveys?

Yes, your surveys can be public or private and secure.

Can I post a survey on my website?

Yes, you can even brand the survey and customize the look and feel to make it blend with your site. No programming is needed - just copy and paste the code we provide.

Can I use ProProfs for a one time event or occasionally?

Yes our free plan covers you for 10 responses / month. You can also sign up for a paid plan for the expected number of responses. You can pause and reactivate subscription as needed directly from your account setting.

Is my data safe and secure?

Yes. Our state-of-the-art computer servers are hosted at a secure location that maintains multiple power feeds, fiber links, dedicated generators, and battery backup. ProProfs product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and all ProProfs plans include remote data backups to keep your data safe.

How long do you store data?

If you stop your subscription, you will be downgraded to the free version. Your surveys are never deleted and you can continue to have unlimited survey takers on our free plan. However, your premium features will be disabled and data such as survey attempts and scores will be deleted.

How do I cancel my plan?

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, & American Express. We do not accept PayPal. For purchases over $3000, we can accept check payments for an additional processing fee of $100. Please contact [email protected] if you are interested in this.

How does the 15-day money back guarantee work?

If you cancel within 15 days of signing up, for any reason, you won't be charged a thing. We do not want your money unless you are truly happy with our product. If you choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again. We charge per full month; we don't prorate for pending months in the payment cycle in case of a refund.
