Ever wondered which gimptalk member you resemble the most? Find out!
Pretty much all the time, even if I am away from the computer.
Every now and then. I used to be on often, but due to a busy schedule I can not be online as much as I used to be.
Very often.
I check in a few times a day, but sometimes I am away for a couple of days.
I tend to come online for short periods of time, but I usually check in at least once a day.
Strictly digital paintings. I have submitted a sig or two, but digital painting is my main form of art.
I only submit signatures, but they sometimes look like some digital painting was involved, even if it wasn't.
I usually only submit signatures.
I used to make sigs, but I stopped. I still make the occasional sig, but my main focus is digital painting/sketching and large pieces.
I submit an equal amount of signatures and digital paintings. I also sometimes submit the occasional pencil drawing or animation.
Yes (over 2000)
Yes (over 1000 but under 1500)
Yes, the HIGHEST! (over 4000)
Of course.. (Over 3000)
Yeah (Just over 1500)
I write about a paragraph of constructive criticism, pointing out what I like and dislike about the picture, and then I offer some advice.
I mostly critique sigs, so if anything seems awkward, or doesn't seem to flow or blend well, I will point it out. I will also mention what I like about the sig. In the end, I tell my honest opinion about the sig though, and let the artist know if I think it is a "weak" or "nice" piece of work.
I keep it short, but I know a lot about the technicality, so I get right to the point and tell the user what I think could be improved, and what I like/dislike.
I try to stay nice, so even if the work isn't of the best quality, I give respect to the artist for posting it and offer advice. I will still offer my overall opinion of the art, and if it is a negative opinion I try to say it as nicely as possible.
I tell it like I see it. If the image sucks and is lacking quality, I'll point it out without a problem, and maybe offer some advice on how to fix it or make it better.
Most of them know a little bit about my profession, some of my hobbies, and my fondness of Linux.
They know me more by my art. Although a few members do know about my age.
Yeah, they do. I have posted more than one picture of myself, and they know that I go to Church, do some gaming, etc. They have also seen me in a commercial.
They know next to nothing about me, aside from my gender, and my love of classical music and reading (specifically Sherlock Holmes and The Lord of the Rings)
Yeah, I've taken the time a few times to post a topic or two about my personal life, letting the members know about some things going on in my life, like my mass consumption of caffeine, for example.
Most people tend to give me very positive critique on my digital paintings, and often times can't find anything truly wrong with them.
People have shown great admiration of my sigs which are usually different and unique. They have even asked for tutorials, and I made them later on.
I have been referred to as the "next generation CurlyHairedBoy"
Overall, people like my work and tend to be nice about it, but every now and then when I make a mistake that takes a lot away from my work they do a good job of pointing it out respectfully.
People usually really like my sigs, complimenting my smudging, colors, flow, and effects. They also like my digital painting/sketches, but will give advice on how to make them better.
