    If someone is going against you beliefs while proposing or changing an idea do you speak up?

      I don’t think that I should have all of the power so I let other people have other ideas but I strongly suggest mine

      No one else in the room dares to even try and change the idea so I don’t have to worry about that.

      If anyone disagrees with my idea I try to get them to see where I’m coming from and the point that I’m try to get across.

      In discussions I try to help people feel comfortable enough to open up and share their ideas.

      Even if the idea is small or big i try to make it sound less intimidating so people won't see it as such a big threat

      I spend a long time making sure my idea is perfect so when I present it usually after people feel like the idea is thought through nicely and they feel comfortable with the stability of the plan.

      I come up with idea, but I like to get others on the right track to creating something better with all of the combined ideas.

      There is no reason to be nervous if you know the people you are working with and you are proud of your idea.

      I see that there is no other option because if I cower back my team won’t see bravery and start to get worried.

      With my personality there is no way I could back down from mostly anything that seems difficult

      I would rather lots of change happen with lots of help then everything always staying the same.

      If you are comfortable then why change anything at all?

      If people are split between change and no change I try and get them to come together and find a solution so we can all get what we want.

    Do you care about what the people think or do you just do what you want?

      If the people haven’t looked at the idea in all aspects and don’t see what could happen if their way happens then I ignore them for the greater good.

      If the people I am working with actually find a way to make the idea better, but if they are just adding unnecessary things then I try and move forward for the greater good or try and get them to see my side of what could happen.

      I make sure that everyone understands the idea and likes the idea because if they don’t they either won’t really understand every aspect of the idea or they will just not care about the idea to try and really work hard on it.

    When you see potential in a person do you insist on helping them knock down the wall holding them back or do you not help at all?

      If they don’t want to help themselves then there is no way for me to help them.

      To dedicate time to that person you must have had to see something in that, so I help that person find the something that I saw in them.

      I try and help them feel more part of things with either words or actions.

      I help find ways from behind the scene because I don’t have my way with words or actions.

      I try to motivate people with ideas for now and the future so they see that after one idea is done we be out of ideas.
