Impersonate Alan’s profile and navigate to Account Settings. From Account Settings you can click on “Deactivate Agent Website”. This tool will automatically cancel the website.
Create a Cancellation Case in Salesforce
Create a bug ticket to the Bug Team. The Bug Team can now deactivate Premier Agent Websites.
Create a Zpress Tier 2 case to deactivate Alan’s website
Submit a ticket to the Bug Team per SOP.
Cancel their Premier Agent Website via “Deactivate Agent Website” in Account Settings. Then create a business consultant case so that Alan can get a brand new website.
Submit a Zpress Tier 2 support case for all PAW bug related issues.
Assign the ticket to Paul Agnelli in Zendesk. He will try to fix it.
