Forwards can run in the forward zone as well as the centre
Centres must stay in the centre zone while forwards and backs are not restricted
Players must stay in their own zones
Players may leave their zone if ball is just outside of their Zone. In doing so they must kick/handball immediatley then return to their zone.
Once the ball is possessed, players may apply a hold and release restraint by grabbing the jumper with one or 2 hands
