Add contact notes to SF.
Add internal notes in the ticket of the changes made.
Log a Call in Activity History.
Uncheck and then Check the IsInPAA box-Click Save.
Update PAC phone number in PAC contact page and click save.
Update the professional information on Alan’s Zillow profile, this should correct the “Listing Provided By” section.
Check the source of the listing and let the agent know that the professional information within the XML data will have to be updated at the source.
Send this ticket to MLS Ops, they can manipulate the data presented at the “Listing Provided by Section”.

New York City area rentals should only be listed through StreetEasy and Naked Apartments. They will be broadcasted to other brands (Zillow, Trulia, HotPads) without a cost if they are not an individual owner or if they don’t have a lease break.
New York City area rentals should only be listed through StreetEasy and Naked Apartments. They will no longer be broadcasted to other brands (Zillow, Trulia, HotPads).
ALL rentals, including the New York City region, will need to be listed through Zillow Rental Manager. This will post to StreetEasy, Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads.
All New York City area rentals will have to be posted on StreetEasy with a cost of $125/two weeks to be broadcasted to other brands (Zillow, Trulia, HotPads).
