Quality Assurance Guidelines KQI Self-Audit Tool V4

CPQR's Quality Assurance Guidelines for Canadian Radiation Treatment Programs, outline the overarching elements of quality that are important in all radiation treatment programs, together with key quality indicators for periodic programmatic self-assessment and quality improvement. To further support local quality improvement, several KQIs have also been incorporated into national accreditation through the Accreditation Canada Qmentum program.
Version 4, released in March 2020 can be accessed here.
This self-audit tool has been created to allow centres to assess their compliance against the KQIs, and use the results to inform program priorities going forward.
