In the morning before the resort opens
Wear PPE (Latex or Nitrile Gloves, Dust Mask and Goggles). Sprinkle the sanitaire from head height making sure that it covers as much ground as possible.
Wear PPE (Latex or Nitrile Gloves, Dust Mask and Goggles). Sprinkle the sanitaire as close as the floor as possible to stop mist from blowing away. Ensure that you spread evenly on the spillage.
Use a whole bottle of sanitaire per spillage to make sure everything has been covered.
Wear PPE (Latex or Nitrile Gloves, Dust Mask and Goggles) after the sanitaire has been swept up, spray the chlorine close to the spillage. Afterwards ensure that the affected area is dry by using blue roll.
Wear PPE (Latex or Nitrile Gloves, Dust Mask and Goggles) mix chlorine in with sanitaire for best results, leave the chlorine mixture on the floor to dry.
Pour a whole bottle of chlorine on the affected area, let this dry.
Clean it out using Oasis Pro 61D.
Clean it out using Into WC Super
Check stock levels and contact your Team Leader if you are low on stock.
Leave it unattended
Use a compactor sack and put it in the Green Sulo Bin.
Use a yellow Hygiene bag and put it in the Yellow Sulo Bin
Use a yellow Hygine bag and put it in the Green Sulo Bin
Carry the Equipment over to the spillage.
Use the chemical on the spillage
Put on the correct PPE
Finish your bin run
Clean the spillage whilst the guests are still sitting there.
If possible remove the furniture from the restaurant to a BOH area.
Ask the guests politely to move tables.
When it is safe to (No Guests near) follow the hygiene procedures to clean the table ensuring that there are no chemicals left on the table.
Leave the spillage until the guests have finished eating.
Tell the food and beverage staff that it is their responsibility.
Once finished, ensure that a food and beverage staff member is aware that the spillage has been cleared.
After getting a hygiene pack, ensure that the spillage is dealt with quickly so that there will be little ride downtime.
Contact your team leader or a Ride and Attractions member of staff. This is because it is a ride area and we are not allowed to enter.
Attend the spillage, ensure that you are wearing the correct PPE (Latex or Nirtile Gloves, Dust Mask and Goggles). Spend a long time in clearing the spillage as it is on a ride where guests will be sitting.
Explain to the guest that you cannot use any chemicals on their clothes. Offer the guest some blue roll and advise them to go to guest services (HeartLake City or Beginning).
Tell the guests that you cannot do anything and carry on with your duties.
Use chlorinated water ONLY on the guests clothes, whilst explaining that it could damage the guests clothes.
