Zero Pick Pending Order has an item on it that cannot be fulfilled by the DC due to an inventory imbalance and DC is looking into The DC Zero Pick Team is working on locating the missing item(s). Depending on the promise date, they may hold on to the order for a couple of days. If the item(s) are not located, the order status will be changed to Zero Pick Confirmed. Zero Pick Confirmed Order has an item on it that cannot be fulfilled by the DC due to an inventory imbalance; is in CS to contact customer Zero Pick Team is in the process of contacting the customer to remove or substitute the zero picked item(s). Zero Pick Reprint Multiple reasons: 1) Item(s) on order could not be fulfilled and were cancelled or subbed and the pick ticket is printing with the updated information. The packer will finish filling the order with the changes and ship it out. 2) Item(s) have been found and the order will ship as originally placed. If the customer calls, you can reassure them that they will receive the order by the original promise date with any changes indicated in the case notes. Pre Sell Pending Indicates that order contains “Preorder products” and waiting for that product to become available   The estimated delivery date reflects the expected arrival date of the preorder items. The customer will not be charged until their preorder product becomes available. Order charges are unknown at this point. Pre Sell Complete Indicates that order contains “Preorder products” and the products are now in stock Order will be charged and sent to the DC to be picked, packed, and shipped as normal.
