New Hire Check-In

At orientation, we left you with a long list of things to follow-up on in your New Hire Pick Ticket (aka to-do list).  This check-in is intended to see how you're doing on those items, and serve as an additional check for anything about which you might have questions.  It should only take a few minutes of your time. 

Before you begin, you might want to grab the nearest copy of the policy manual (either hard copy or open myhdsmith.com in a new window and look in the Human Resources folder), as well as a copy of your job description.  If you haven't been given a copy of your job description you can ask your supervisor, or it is available in HR/B under the "Work Information" tab.
