As per latest development in July’16, Shine has implemented few improvements in Mass E-Mailing Logic to prevent recruiters from sending emails to irrelevant candidate’s basis salary as one of the parameters. Plz suggest if Salary ranges from 8- 14 Lacs how many min. & max values will be considered by E-mailing Logic as default (refer pic below) for reaching out to candidates:
