Have Nelly inform you which email he is using to login. Then confirm/deny that this is the correct email. Send the password reset to his primary email.

We want clients to have the best experience utilizing our site. Since Zillow doesn’t have the password reset tool like Toolia, just update his login email to your own Zillowgroup.com alias and then update his password as you would your own profile. Make sure to update that email back to what is was before your update.
Reach out to Nelly with this message, “Check, check -- yo, I know somethin you don't know and I got somethin to tell ya.”

If he doesn’t receive the password reset email, please have him check the spam/junk folders.
If Ja Rule is unable to find the password reset email, you may change his primary email to an email that is already on his Zillow/Trulia/SalesForce account. Send another password reset email.
