Every property page on Zillow should have some sort of a Zestimate listed on it.
Condo’s that are listed as apartments may not have a regular Zestimate, however, they will still have the “Rent Zestimate.” You can change the property type to condo to fix this.
Pinocchio pages (21 billion ZPID) may take a few days to populate with a Zestimate
Listings that mention “farm” or “farm house” may block a Zestimate from populating.
If a listing has not populated with a Zestimate after 3 days, we should report the listing via our internal Zestimate survey.
