Never, everything must be supervised at all times.

Immediately shut it down. You are the leader, and your group does what you say.
Let them have their opinions. All members of your group are capable individuals, and anything they come up with must have at least some value.
Consider his statement. Take action based on how reasonable it is.
Take a vote. Majority rules.
Accept it and put it into plan, the will of your group mates supercedes your own.
Fairness and equality. Everyone should get representation and a say in how things are being done.
Freedom and the room for innovation. Each member is unique and bring valuable talents to the table.
Accomplishing the task at hand. Take it one step at a time, and work to the ultimate goal.
Teamwork. My charisma helps my group members work together to succeed.
Improvement is all that matters. Learn from failures to eventually achieve success.
I move forward like usual, enforcing my commands.
I follow the rules, as order and organization will get us through times of trouble.
I establish a chain of command and make it clear I will reward good performances but punish bad practice.
People naturally follow me, and my influence allows me to lead.
I lack the strength and the willpower to confidently lead my team.
