Throw the computer.
When replacing the non-working laptop into the cart, you replace it sideways so that other people won't use it until it is fixed.
Try to get a student to trouble shoot it.

Make sure that all the computers are in the correct slots.
Make sure that all the cords are tucked behind the laptops, and not falling out of the slots.
Make sure that all the laptops are plugged into a power source in the back of the computer.
Make sure that the cart(s) is/are plugged into a power source so that all the computers get charged over night.
Make sure all the computers are turned off.
