January's Monthly Activity
  This quiz is to be worked on by a team of 3 or 4 employees.   Select a team name and captain for your team and enter the team name and all the names of team members below.  Answer all the questions as a team.   If you don't know the answer it's better to guess than to leave blank.   If you leave a question blank you will get zero points for that question.
