Instructions to Participate in the Team Building Quiz Game
January's Monthly Activity
This quiz is to be worked on by a team of 3 or 4 employees. Select a team name and captain for your team and enter the team name and all the names of team members below. Answer all the questions as a team. If you don't know the answer it's better to guess than to leave blank. If you leave a question blank you will get zero points for that question.
It is important that when you log in, all names are entered. After you complete your quiz print your certificate and return it to Staff Development Read morevia email (scanned) at [email protected]/* */ and or faxed to 951.955.9495 before the deadline. The first team from each site to score 100% wins a prize.
All staff are encouraged to play with the exception of the Staff Development Team.
The team members must have shared goals or a reason for working together.
The group members must not be interdependent (that is, they perceive they do not need one another's experience, ability, and commitment in order to arrive at a mutual goals).
The team members must be committed to the idea that working together leads to more effective decisions than working in isolation.
