**I eat LOTS of Protein every day!** (at least one serving of the above at every meal, 6 meals a day.)

I find green veggies difficult to prepare or eat.
I have lots of good recipes using green veggies and I eat them at least once a day.
I think it's important to eat green veggies, and I get them about once a week or so.
...The kind that come in packages- like breakfast cereals, Minute Rice, pasta, and breads like bagels and english muffins.
...some muffins, granola, breads and pastas, tortillas, you know, the usual stuff. I don't really try that hard.
...whole grains and complex carbohydrates like potatoes, whole grain breads or pastas, brown rice, quinoa, or things like that.
...really quite a lot. Running, or jogging, or vigorous excercise at least a few times a week. I like to break a sweat.
...by walking, yoga, swimming... you know, lighter on the pregnant body, less taxing. I never break into a full sweat.
...not really.
