30 minutes of circuit weight/resistance training using moderately heavy weights you can't lift more than 15 times without resting.
I eat 3 or more ounces of Salmon, Mackerel, Herring and/or Sardines at least 3x per week
I eat 3 or more ounces of Salmon, Mackerel, Herring and/or Sardines 1-2x a week and take a daily fish oil supplement.
I don't eat much fish but I take 1-5 servings of a daily fish oil supplement
