Cardio???! Does getting up to change the TV station count?
I do some sort of cardio almost every single day!!!
Like 3-4 times each week, but I also lift weights.
Maybe once a week
No… I don’t want to look bulky… so I stick with cardio.
Well, I use those weight machines sometimes…
I lift free weights 3-4 times each week… and I can bench press, squat, and dead lift.
YES. I lift every single day. I love watching my muscles grow when I curl (and don’t you dare walk in front of my mirror!)
Nothing. I like to torture myself.
Water… nothing with calories because I don’t want to “undo” my hard work!
Something with a little bit of carbs, maybe some protein.
A hefty protein shake… don’t want to deplete my muscles!!! (I am huge).
I don’t workout.
EWW! I don’t eat anything for a few hours before my workout. I’d rather workout hungry than have anything in my stomach sloshing around!
I eat a healthy snack about 1 hour or so before my workout. If I don’t, I won’t make it through my work out!!!
Something hefty. I need to eat lots of food beforehand so I don’t lose any muscle fibers.
Anything, really. It might be a donut… or an apple… or a hamburger. Whatever – I just need some food to give me energy!
Well, usually I will grab something out of the fridge before I sit down in front of the TV/computer/etc…
Um, I don’t know because I haven’t tried in a long time/ever!
Yeah right! I am not strong enough to do even half of a pull-up. OK, maybe one.
I can do 2 – 5.

I can do 10+, with weight.
I don’t run ever. I seriously hate cardio.
I don’t know how fast I can run a mile, but I can run like a million miles on the treadmill without stopping, and am a pro at the elliptical machine!

You mean eat? After I’ve just burned all those calories? And ‘un-do’ all my hard work on the treadmill? NEVER. I usually wait to eat a while after working out.
After I do all that lifting I am ravenous! I eat the first thing I see – I deserve to eat whatever I want after I burn all those calories working my ass off pumping iron.
After a good workout at the gym, I will finish off that protein shake I’d been drinking during squats, and will chow down immediately on something with protein and carbs to get my body moving again.
None of these… I don’t really workout… and therefore, don’t have to worry about what I eat after working out!
I grab a good magazine and my i-pod and head straight for the cardio equipment. Sometimes I go from one machine to the next, but I really just love to cardio, cardio, cardio!
I head straight for the free weights and the power rack. I basically live at the gym, and can spend hours at a time just pumping iron. Squats, Deadlifts, bench pressing, good mornings…. This is where you’ll find me. I very rarely (or never) do cardio (hate it!)
Well, it depends on what I am doing that day… but I usually start with some cardio to warm up my muscles, and then do a good lift workout (like an hour or so). Sometimes I finish with a short cardio session too.
Workout? Like, as in, moving my body? Exercise is so over-rated.
I don’t get hungry very often… so I usually eat only 3 times per day. Maybe less -- I try to limit my calories!
Three big meals each day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner!)
It’s pretty sporadic… it just depends on where I am going or what I am doing that day!! Sometimes I eat well, and other days… I… well, don’t.
I eat 5 – 6 smaller meals each day.
I eat pretty much all day. Nom nom nom nom.

I am just pretty average. Not really strong or weak… not really toned or soft… just somewhere in the middle.
I am pretty overweight...but not for much longer!
