Food Program 2016 Annual Training

This test will cover topics for all participants of the Food Program. If you did not attend a group training during the 2014 training cycle, you must complete a mandatory training. Please read or review the Provider Handbook on the 4Cs website (www.sonoma4cs.org) then take the test. Good luck and thank you for participating with the 4Cs Food Program.
