Move the keyboard to a higher location.
Place pads underneath the wrists.
Move the keyboard to a lower place.
Do the best they can with it.

Watch the clock, to look away from the computer.
Do another piece of work needed without needing to move.
Take a 5 to 10 minute break.
Do a couple spins in your chair.
Try not to look at the glare.
Do something that doesn't envolve a computer.
Change the brightness of the computer.
Close the binds or drop them.
